Re-training and weightloss

Last night I restarted C25k. But I'm altering the program to build speed. I graduated a few weeks ago and ultimately Ive done 4 races over the summer so it got me where I needed to be which was to run 30+ min without stopping. I'm still a little slow as I'm averaging about 11min miles. I started over on week 1. I do a 5 min warm up walk as always then when I'm supposed to run I run at 8-9 min mile pace. When I'm supposed to walk I stay running at a 12 min mile pace. Hopefully I can increase my endurance and speed by doing this.

Additionally today I weighed in at 219.2lbs this morning. 77.8 lost Im in the teens and I am so close to 199 now I can taste it.
