More reversed Duathlon

Went full Wk9 time today. I hope to get the rest of Week 9 finished this week.

Workout: 5k/4k/5k
3.4 mile bike ride
31 min run:
  • 12:30/12 min
  • 11:30/12 min
  • 10:58/6 min
  • 8:30/ 1:30 min
3.7 mile bike ride

I want to start working on my speed more I'm hoping to get about 2 3 more weeks of just repeating Week 9 so I can feel more comfortable at that distance. Then I will begin working back through for speed.
