Well I got nothing I haven't lost any weight since Nov 10th. I know some of it has been some late night snacking on leftover Halloween candy but I truly have been staying beneath my caloric goals. Its now been too long. Something has got to change I cant lose a month of progress. I have to reevaluate.
I'm thinking about eating back all of my calories Ive burned. Its something that is suggested but Ive never done. I know I'm below the suggested caloric intake for a man. I'm lucky if I take in 1200 a day closer to 1000 or less with exercise. I'm sure that's where part of my problem is.
So frustrated... :(
