First workout after getting back on track. It was a good one. I was a little hesitant about it as I hadn't really done any running since 9/25/10, but I picked right up. I struggled a little bit in the first 10 minutes but once my legs got warmed up It was just a matter of not stopping till my time was up.
Treadmill at 1% incline
5 min warmup walk @ 2.5
1st 10 min split @ 12:20/mile pace
2nd 10 min splits @ 11:30/mile pace
3rd 10 min split @ 10:58/mile pace
5 min cool down @ 3.0 level
3.1 Miles/5k
Negative split
Felt good!
