This race is just a few days a way and I feel so unprepared with everything that has gone on in my life over the last week. 2 mediocre workouts in 7 days and non ideal nutrition. Im freaking out.
Was just thinking about you, and whether you were planning to do this race still. One thing I do before every race is write a race plan. From two days before the race all the way up through crossing the finish line. This is a great mental exercise and will help calm your nerves. I can forward you one of mine if you want an example.
